All products should be used only as directed. Please observe all instructions and warnings on the packaging.

Product Caution and Liability Disclaimer 

Our air fresheners and diffusers (the “Product”) contains alcohol and is for external use only, NOT for consumption. This product is not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent any disease. No liability will be assumed by XoticMist arising out of the misuse or otherwise of our product.  

Please keep these air fresheners and diffusers out of reach of children and keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. Keep away from naked flame or direct heat sources. Do not apply to skin. Do not apply to broken or inflamed skin. Do not test our products on skin, or any part of body. If irritation does occur, then wash with soap and water to clean the affected area. If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure, diabetes, or have any medical condition that can be affected by product scent seek the advice of a health professional before using any product with scent/perfume.

We, at XoticMist, do our best to provide products that are as safe to use as possible. However, it is impossible to predict individual allergic reactions to each product – fragrance – or ingredient in the product or combination of ingredients in the product. Some people can have an allergic reaction to a specific ingredient or any combination of ingredients in food, skin care products, or perfume at any time. We do everything in our power to educate our customers about the proper use of our products. If you have any allergic tendencies, please do not use any XoticMist products. If you develop any allergic reactions, stop using the product immediately.

Tips For Safe Use  

Following these simple rules will lead you to the safe and appropriate use of perfumes.   

• Our products are flammable. Do not use products near fire, flame, heat or while smoking.
• For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not swallow or take the XoticMist products internally.
• Keep XoticMist products out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not apply product to skin.
• If any allergic reactions appear, stop using the product immediately.

Our interpretation of these fragrances was created through chemical analysis and reproduction, and the purpose of this description is to give the customer an idea of scent character, not to mislead or confuse the customer. We do not represent our products to be original nor do we represent that they are exact copies; therefore, they do not violate any copyright laws. Please note, our diffusers work using a natural reaction between the bespoke wooden lid and scented fragrance glass bottle. Some parts of the wooden lid are exposed and therefore, you are purchasing this product at your own risk as contact with plastic and textiles can cause damage. XoticMist is not liable for any leaks, spillages or potential damage caused to your vehicle whilst in use. Excessive inverting of the diffusers can also cause leaks. Please follow the instructions on the packaging carefully before placing the diffuser in your vehicle. For optimal use, hang freely and keep upright at all times. Diffusers my vary slightly from the images on our website. All purchases made via our website are for personal use only. Any form of re-selling without our prior consent is strictly prohibited. 

Product longevity varies according to the environment in which the air freshener is placed as well as the individual properties of the product scent. Place air fresheners in areas that do not block your vision. Ensure that strings are tied securely, hung with care, and are mounted securely to prevent air freshener from touching all surrounding surfaces, hang freely. Place in areas where a fallen air freshener will not damage the surrounding surfaces. Keep away from children and pets.
